We�re
looking for energetic, reliable and personable self-starters
with electronic or mechanical aptitude, excellent
troubleshooting ability, and Windows-based PC proficiency.
A Bachelor
or Associate degree in a technical discipline is preferred. High
School diploma is required. Military aircraft elec/mech
experience and bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus.
Responsibilities include:
-
Telephone and on-site technical support,
- Working
independently to solve technical problems,
-
Installing new and rebuilt industrial equipment,
-
Troubleshooting/repair computer controlled wood processing
equipment,
-
Assembling, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems,
-
Maintaining professional relationships with customers,
-
Traveling to and working in customer production facilities,
-
Upgrading and repairing existing systems operating in the field,
-
Training customers to use and maintain their equipment.
You�ll
work directly with our customers to resolve problems, prevent
further problems, and train their employees in the proper
operation of our equipment.

Required Skills and Education:
The ideal candidate will possess:

Associate�s degree or military equivalent,
- 1-2
years of technical experience,
-
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment,
- Strong
customer service ethic,
-
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Driving
desire to grow technically and professionally,
- Valid
Driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must have
excellent communication skills and familiarity with Windows, MS
Office, and other relevant software. MS certification is desired
but not required.
Must be
able to communicate professionally with co-workers and customers
at all times.
Must be
able to work weekends on an occasional as needed basis.
To be
successful in this position one must have:

Expertise in trouble-shooting elec. and mech. equipment,

Knowledge of Windows based computer systems,
-
Excellent people skills.
Travel
requirements are up to 50% depending on workload and customer
needs.
